Luggage reception fee is — 2% of the declared luggage value.
- The luggage room of Terminal С is situated in the 3rd floor. It is open 24 hours a day, without breaks.
- Belongings and luggage of passengers are accepted for storage in any package which provides for their preservation and prevents contamination of other passengers’ belongings or cell equipment.
- Explosive, inflammable, poisonous or perishable products, weapons, money, documents and jewelry are not accepted for storage. The weight of one luggage piece shall not exceed 30 kg, the size shall not exceed 30×50×70 cm. .
- The storage rate of one piece shall be calculated per calendar day, — from the luggage delivery before 24 hours on the same day. A charge of 2% от of the declared luggage value shall be added to the fee. If the declared luggage value exceeds 10 000 Pub., the luggage shall be attached free disposable numbered plastic undetachable seals or paper labels. .
- Individual items shall а not be released from the а luggage accepted for storage. If a passenger needs a а part of his а luggage, he а shall first receive his а luggage back and а then pay for а the subsequent storage.
- If the receipt is lost, the luggage shall be released following the passenger’s request with a police officer attending. The passenger shall have an ID and prove that the luggage belongs to him.
- Things which are not reclaimed by owners within 6 months after they are accepted for storage shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable procedures.
